Help soften and soothe those hard working hands with a warm wax treatment. Great for exfoliating and moisturizing dry skin.

Pamper your feet with a luxurious scented oil and sugar exfoliation and hot towel wrap. This treatment and moisturize and help soften your soles.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot stones deliver heat to muscles to allow a deeper sense of relaxation and remove tension. Hot stones can be used alone or teamed with regular Swedish massage.

CUPPING MASSAGE

Silicone cups are used to create "negative pressure" to help lift tissues and create space. They are moved along the body or can be left stationary to relieve tension.

HEAT THERAPIES

Chose from heat packs and hot towels to deliver targeted heat to specific areas to help deepen relaxation and promote healing.

COLD THERAPIES

Add a cooling gel eye mask or ice stone massage to any session to help reduce inflammation and promote healing

TOPICAL TREATMENTS

Spot treat trouble areas with a topical ointment:
