1) First time clients are asked to prepay for their first appointment in order to reduce in the instances of last minute cancellations and "no shows".

2) If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so online, or contact me directly, no fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in being required to prepay for any future services.

3) "No showing" will result in being unable to book future services.

4) If you are running late and will arrive for your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, you can keep your spot but the scheduled end time will be maintained. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled out of respect to subsequent clients and their scheduled times. Repeated late start times may result in being unable to book future services.
