HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Plan to undress down to a level you are comfortable with. You will always be covered with a sheet and blanket - draped, as per state law. This drape will be folded back as needed, and replaced when done. If preferred, massage can be performed fully clothed if loose comfortable clothing is worn.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I GET TO YOUR OFFICE?
Please note that parking is not allowed next to or behind the building; please utilize street parking or the several nearby lots. I also ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your first session so you have enough time to complete an intake form.
DO I HAVE A SAY IN MY TREATMENT?
Yes, absolutely! This is your session, you make the rules. I always encourage my clients to speak up before, during and after a session if they have any needs that arise.
WHO SHOULDN'T GET A MASSAGE?
If you are feeling unwell I ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please consult your doctor if you have recently been injured, in an accident or been sunburned. New chronic illness, or existing illness that is not currently managed effectively may require prior authorization from your doctor.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING POLICY?
1) First time clients are asked to prepay for their first appointment in order to reduce in the instances of last minute cancellations and "no shows".
2) If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so online, or contact me directly, no fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in being required to prepay for any future services.
3) "No showing" will result in being unable to book future services.
4) If you are running late and will arrive for your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, you can keep your spot but the scheduled end time will be maintained. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled out of respect to subsequent clients and their scheduled times. Repeated late start times may result in being unable to book future services.
