FAQS

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Plan to undress down to a level you are comfortable with. You will always be covered with a sheet and blanket - draped, as per state law. This drape will be folded back as needed, and replaced when done. If preferred, massage can be performed fully clothed if loose comfortable clothing is worn.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I GET TO YOUR OFFICE?

Please note that I am located *upstairs* at 306 Union Street. There is plenty of street parking and several nearby lots. I also ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your first session so you have enough time to complete some intake forms.

DO I HAVE A SAY IN MY TREATMENT?

Yes, absolutely! This is your session, you make the rules. I always encourage my clients to speak up before, during and after a session if they have any needs that arise.

WHO SHOULDN'T GET A MASSAGE?

If you are feeling unwell I ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please consult your doctor if you have recently been injured, in an accident or been sunburned. New chronic illness, or existing illness that is not currently managed effectively may require prior authorization from your doctor.

I'M RUNNING LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you will arrive for your appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, you can keep your spot but the scheduled end time will be maintained. If you will be more than 15 minutes late please reschedule your appointment. Repeated late start times may result in being unable to book future services.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so online, or contact me directly, no fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in owing a full session cancellation fee prior to booking any future services. "No showing" will result in being unable to book future services.
